Highlanders SAR Proposed Monument Estimated Dedication on July 4th, 2026

This is a rendering of the proposed Revolutionary War Memorial that we plan to build at the Hillsboro, Ohio Courthouse.  It was designed by Gerold Wilkin with rendering designed by Jack Bredenfoerder.  The memorial will contain the names of patriots that have lived, died, or are buried in Highland County, Ohio.  The etching pictures are of early Highland County Patriots.  The granite will be the same color as the existing memorial on the Hillsboro Square.
